Art Safari relocates to a permanent Bucharest museum in 2026, featuring Romanian art icons and pop culture.
Art Safari will move to a permanent 4,500-square-meter venue at Amzei Square in Bucharest in 2026, transitioning from its pop-up format to a year-round museum called Art Safari New Museum.
The inaugural season begins March 26, featuring exhibitions on Romanian cultural icons like Brâncuși and Eminescu, pop culture, and contemporary art, with guided tours, workshops, and events.
The move follows 12 years of operations across historic sites and over one million visitors.
The project is backed by the Ministry of Culture and Bucharest’s Sector 1 City Hall.
