Police are seeking public help in locating 15-year-old Caitlin, last seen in Burnley’s Church Street area on December 10, 2025, around 4:45 p.m. She is 5 feet 10 inches tall, with black hair in a ponytail, a few freckles, and was wearing a brown puffer jacket, black corset-style top, grey jeans, brown New Balance trainers, and a Marc Jacobs bag.
