Starting December 12, 2025, visitors can enter four Ontario national parks and one historic site—Rouge, Bruce Peninsula, Point Pelee, and Woodside—free through the Canada Strong Pass, valid until January 15, 2026.
The pass offers instant, no-registration access to free park entry, discounted museum admissions, reduced overnight stays, and savings on VIA Rail travel.
Additional fees may apply for parking, permits, and guided activities.
Winter activities like hiking and wildlife viewing are available, and some park services may be limited.
The initiative aims to boost access to Canada’s natural and cultural sites during the winter months.
