The House Oversight Committee, led by Republican James Comer, has threatened former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with contempt of Congress over delays in testifying about their ties to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, with depositions now set for December 17 and 18, 2025.
The committee cited over four months of obstruction since subpoenas were issued in August and warned of legal action if they fail to comply by early January.

The investigation also targets other high-profile figures, including Merrick Garland and James Comey.
