Phở Week in Europe 2025, running December 8–14, celebrates Vietnamese phở across 21 European countries, Japan, and Vietnam with over 230 participating restaurants, marking the first large-scale decentralized promotion of the dish. Organized by We Love Phở, the event aligns with Vietnamese Phở Day on December 12 and builds on a campaign started in 2017. Meanwhile, Pho Day 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, December 13–14, features rare regional varieties like red phở from Bac Ha and corn-based phở from Ha Giang, with over 20,000 bowls expected to be served. Both events highlight phở’s cultural significance and regional diversity.
