MediNatura New Mexico, Inc. is voluntarily recalling one lot of its ReBoost Nasal Spray due to contamination with yeast, mold, and Achromobacter bacteria, the FDA announced on December 11, 2025.
The recall affects a 20mL bottle with NDC 62795-4005-9, UPC 787647101863, and expiration date December 2027, sold nationwide through retailers and online.
Though no adverse events have been reported, the FDA warns of a reasonable probability of serious harm, especially for immunocompromised individuals.
Consumers are advised to stop using the product and return it for a refund.
