A man dressed as the Grinch stole a 6-foot-tall cardboard Santa from The Blue Pig Inn in Grantham, Lincolnshire, on December 6, carrying the figure through the pub’s beer garden and fleeing in a taxi, according to CCTV footage. The pub shared the video on social media, asking for the Santa’s return or a £30 replacement payment. Staff called the act disrespectful, especially during a tough time for local businesses, and social media users widely condemned the theft, labeling the suspect “Bah Scumbag.” The Santa remains missing, and the suspect has not been identified.
