Kevin Kiarie avoided jail after a drug- and alcohol-impaired crash, ordered to 200 hours of unpaid work and a two-year driving ban.
Kevin Kiarie, 31, avoided jail after being convicted of drug driving and driving without a license in a July 14, 2025, crash on the A34 near Marcham.
He admitted to using cocaine and alcohol the night before, with blood tests showing nearly nine times the legal limit of benzoylecgonine.
At Oxford Crown Court on December 11, Judge Hassan Khan noted Kiarie was on a suspended sentence for earlier violent offenses but deemed the new offense less serious, calling it a "mishap and a mistake."
Having already served eight months in custody, he was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for two years, with the suspended sentence not activated.
Kevin Kiarie evitó la cárcel después de un accidente bajo los efectos de las drogas y el alcohol, fue condenado a 200 horas de trabajo no remunerado y a dos años de prohibición de conducir.
