Brookshire Grocery Co. donated $80,000 worth of food, including 40,000 pounds of fresh produce and 2,000 hams, to the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana on December 11, 2025, amid ongoing food insecurity following a federal shutdown that disrupted SNAP benefits.
