Nordic Semiconductor has introduced the nRF9151 SMA Development Kit and new firmware enabling direct satellite connectivity for IoT devices via NB-IoT NTN (3GPP Release 17). The kit, aimed at RF engineers, features SMA connectors for external antennas and lab equipment, supporting testing of cellular, DECT NR+, and non-terrestrial networks.
