Maine State Parks are offering guided and self-guided hikes on January 1, 2026, as part of a nationwide "First Day Hikes" initiative.
Events will take place at four state parks—Camden Hills, Holbrook Island Sanctuary, Sebago Lake, and Two Lights—with additional self-guided options at Bradbury Mountain, Popham Beach, Reid, and Wolfe’s Neck Woods.
