flag Five Indian start-ups won UAE-funded visas to launch there after a retreat hosted by the UAE and India.

The UAE hosted its second annual Founders' Retreat from December 6–8, bringing together five Indian start-ups selected from over 10,000 applications in the UAE-India Start-Up Series. The event, organized by the UAE Embassy in New Delhi and the UAE-India CEPA Council, offered the winners—Bioreform, Data Sutram, DocketRun, Endimension, and SBNRI—a fully funded soft landing in the UAE. The start-ups, spanning AI, climatetech, fintech, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing, participated in meetings with UAE partners like Emirates NBD, RAKEZ, and DP World, along with onboarding sessions and innovation tours. The retreat aims to strengthen bilateral innovation ties and support Indian ventures expanding into the UAE’s dynamic ecosystem.
