The lawsuit claims the change bypassed established procedures, misused public funds, and politicized federal lands, while also adding Trump’s birthday as a free entry day and removing Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth. A separate $250 pass for foreign visitors was introduced, with the original photo moved to that version. The case was filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., and seeks to block the pass’s release.
