Fox reschedules midseason 2026 premieres, including *Best Medicine* on Jan. 6 and *Memory of a Killer* on Jan. 25.

Fox has moved up the midseason 2026 premiere dates for new series Best Medicine, a Doc Martin adaptation starring Josh Charles, set for January 6, and Memory of a Killer, featuring Patrick Dempsey’s return to broadcast TV, debuting January 25. Animal Control returns with a special December 28 premiere after an NFL game. The Simpsons celebrates its 800th episode on February 15, alongside Family Guy’s 450th. The Masked Singer launches Season 14 with a two-hour premiere on January 7, followed by Fear Factor: House of Fear on January 14. Other returns include Hell’s Kitchen, Next Level Chef, Celebrity Name That Tune, and Extracted. The biblical event series The Faithful airs over three Sundays—March 22, March 29, and April 5.
