Dusit International has signed a deal to develop ASAI Camaya Coast, a 150-key lifestyle hotel in Bataan’s 20-million-square-meter Camaya Coast coastal project, set to open in 2029.
The hotel will be the first ASAI property in such a large-scale seaside development, offering beach access, a water park, golf course, dining, and retail.
Located near Manila, Bataan has seen a 41.16% increase in visitors, driven by natural beauty, WWII history, and eco-tourism.
The project emphasizes sustainability, preserving forests and wildlife under Dusit’s Tree of Life framework.
The development, part of Dusit’s broader expansion in the Philippines including properties in Lipa, Cebu, and Oslob, benefits from infrastructure upgrades like a new airport and a partnership with Earth & Shore Leisure Communities Corporation to create a community-focused destination.
