Romania seeks to fully own its main port and airports amid economic growth and state enterprise reforms.
Romania’s government is moving to acquire the 20% stake in Porturi Maritime Constanta held by Fondul Proprietatea, aiming to make the state the sole owner of the country’s main logistics hub.
