Three men, aged 33, 36, and 37, were arrested in County Tyrone after police discovered a cannabis factory in an unoccupied home on Kinturk Road in Cookstown.
Officers responded to reports of criminal damage, including broken windows and running taps that caused water damage.
Inside, they found cannabis plants worth about £50,000 across multiple rooms.
The suspects were stopped on the M2 motorway on December 6 and remain in custody on charges including cultivating cannabis and possessing class B drugs with intent to supply.
Authorities said the operation appeared well-organized and that a significant quantity of drugs was prevented from entering the community.
The investigation is ongoing, and police are urging the public to provide information.
