He had been reported missing in August, with his last known sighting in D.C.
The Prince George’s County Police Homicide Unit is leading the active investigation, which involves the Metropolitan Police Department and the FBI Cross Border Taskforce.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the death was a homicide.
