A 44-year-old Brockville man was arrested for threats, assaults, and theft, violating probation.

Brockville police arrested a 44-year-old man after he made death threats and assaulted staff at two local businesses, including stealing a space heater from a Staples store and attacking workers at a mental health facility, where he damaged property and threatened employees. He was already on probation requiring good behaviour and faces multiple charges including assault, threats, and theft. In a separate incident, a 32-year-old man was charged with drug-impaired operation after showing signs of impairment at the police station, and a 33-year-old was arrested for stealing a $500 tool from a Home Hardware store. All three individuals were released with court dates.
