The Mamta & Madhusudan Agrawal Foundation has been recognized by Guinness World Records for conducting 512 joint health screenings in 24 hours during a free medical camp in Risod, Maharashtra, as part of its Pain-Free Maharashtra campaign.
The event, held November 27–28, 2025, provided knee and hip evaluations, mobility assessments, counseling, and free medicines, with surgeries fully funded by the foundation.
The initiative targets underserved, economically challenged communities across over 10 districts, aiming to improve early diagnosis and access to orthopedic care.
The record follows the foundation’s 214 free medical camps reaching over 39,000 people and thousands of subsidized treatments, including joint replacements and cataract surgeries.
To mark his 70th birthday, philanthropist Madhusudan Agrawal pledged ₹70 crore to expand joint care services in rural Maharashtra.
