Franklin Building Supply, an employee-owned building materials company, has acquired Snake River Truss and Components in Idaho Falls, Idaho, on December 5, 2025, expanding its presence in Eastern Idaho. The purchase follows FBS’s November 2025 opening of a new lumber and materials location in the city. Snake River Truss, serving the region for over two decades, will continue operating under FBS ownership, with all employees becoming employee-owners. FBS cited the acquired company’s skilled workforce, strong customer relationships, and operational excellence as key advantages. The acquisition supports FBS’s plan to open a larger, integrated facility in Idaho Falls by Q2 2027 and includes plans to upgrade manufacturing capabilities.
