A Delhi court will hear the Enforcement Directorate’s case against Robert Vadra, son-in-law of former Congress leader Sonia Gandhi, in a money laundering probe linked to UK-based fugitive Sanjay Bhandari.
The ED alleges Vadra received ₹58 crore from a disputed Gurugram land deal, with funds channeled through two firms, used for property purchases and investments.
The agency has provisionally attached 43 properties worth ₹38.69 crore as proceeds of crime.
Vadra’s statement was recorded in July, and the court will now consider the ED’s submissions.
