A man in Lambton Shores, Ontario, faces new charges in a fatal attack at a retirement home on Northville Crescent, where one person died and two others were seriously injured.
Justin Hack, 23, was charged with second-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and breaching probation.
The victim, Kimberly Hack, 57, was identified, and the other victims include Thomas Organ and the Gosnek couple.
The incident occurred Saturday, December 2, 2025, at 1:40 p.m. in Northville Estates, a wooded retirement area near Port Franks and Thedford.
Hack appeared in court by video, was ordered not to contact victims, and faces additional charges including two counts of attempted murder and endangering a life.
A publication ban remains on the bail hearing.
The case is the first homicide investigation in Sarnia-Lambton for 2025, with Hack due back in court Wednesday.
