Briggs, who joined in 1974 as a teller and helped open the Aspen location in 1990, has been on the board since 1982 and led multiple branches.
Childears, who joined in 2020, previously led the Daniels Fund and Young Americans Bank and has been recognized as one of Colorado’s most influential women.
Both have played key roles in banking and community service.
The bank, based in Glenwood Springs with $6.8 billion in assets, remains employee-owned and maintains a five-star rating.
