Sixteen Georgia gang members, led by Jamar Ramsay, were convicted for murder, drugs, and using ice cream trucks to lure minors.
Sixteen members of the 1-8 Trey Bloods gang in Georgia were convicted on charges including murder, drug trafficking, and recruiting minors using ice cream trucks and bounce houses.
The operation, linked to a statewide network and led by Jamar Ramsay—who is already serving life for a prior murder—was dismantled after a multi-agency investigation began in 2019.
Ramsay received an additional 60 years, while Brantavious Sims was sentenced to life without parole for a 2022 murder.
Thirteen others pleaded guilty.
Authorities say the gang used deceptive tactics to target children and expand criminal activity beyond prisons.
One suspect remains at large.
