Singapore has launched a S$200 million, three-year Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP) to strengthen its film and television industry by developing local talent, fostering original content, and expanding global co-production partnerships.
Announced by Senior Minister of State Tan Kiat How at the 2025 Asia TV Forum and Market, TAP supports the full media value chain with mentorships, masterclasses, co-funding for regional and international productions, and dedicated marketing to boost global visibility.
The initiative aims to enhance Singapore’s role as a trusted creative hub in Asia, with applications set to open in Q1 2026.
