The Green Bay Packers signed defensive lineman Jordon Riley from the New York Giants’ practice squad and added rookie wide receiver Will Sheppard to their practice squad.
Riley, a 6-foot-5, 338-pound third-year player originally drafted by the Giants in the 2023 seventh round, played in 21 games with five starts, recording 12 tackles, three tackles for loss, and a quarterback hit.
He spent the 2024 season on the Giants’ practice squad before joining the Packers, where he will wear number 97.
Sheppard, a 6-foot-3, 196-pound rookie, played 55 games at Vanderbilt and Colorado, totaling 200 receptions for 2,688 yards and 27 touchdowns, and will wear number 82.
The moves were announced by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.
