A 63-year-old Madison man was arrested Sunday night after allegedly striking a 68-year-old pedestrian on Beld Street, marking his fifth OWI offense.
The victim, who was entering his car, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized.
The driver, not named pending formal charges, was charged with fifth-offense OWI causing injury and inattentive driving, and is held at Dane County Jail.
