A 1,164-hectare farming and grazing property in Queensland’s Mandagery Valley, Moura, passed in at a Ray White Rural auction in Forbes with bids reaching $5.9 million. Located near Eugowra and Parkes, the property features fertile creek flats, reliable water sources including a bore and spring-fed dams, and potential for cropping expansion. Currently used for Merino sheep breeding with on-site fodder production, it includes eight grain silos, a shearing shed, machinery sheds, and a main homestead with a cottage. The auction drew about 40 attendees, and negotiations are ongoing.
