In November 2024, Disney announced the removal of Aerosmith’s iconic intro from the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios, replacing it with a Muppets-themed experience centered on finding the missing Electric Mayhem band. The change, part of a broader renovation, replaces the former Muppet Vision 3D attraction with a new Monsters Inc. themed land and marks the first time Jim Henson’s Muppets headline a Disney ride. The original 1999 attraction featured Aerosmith’s music and live-action pre-show footage.
