Three Australian agricultural leaders from Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia are among six finalists for the 2026 Zanda McDonald Award, a trans-Tasman honor recognizing innovation and leadership in agriculture.
The finalists were chosen after interviews in Brisbane and New Zealand, with judges highlighting the high quality of applicants.
All finalists will attend the 2026 Impact Summit in Christchurch, where one Australian and one New Zealand winner will be selected.
Winners will receive a personal development package including a cross-border mentoring trip, $10,000 for training, media coaching, and networking opportunities.
The award is supported by ACM Agri and the Zanda Mentoring Group.
