Integrated Research has launched Iris, a conversational AI tool for multi-vendor unified communications and collaboration observability, now part of the Prognosis 13.2 platform. Users can ask plain-language questions like “Why are dropped calls spiking in Singapore?” and receive instant, context-aware answers. Iris aims to simplify complex IT data, reduce troubleshooting time, and improve resolution speed across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The release includes enhanced monitoring for Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Genesys Cloud, and Teams Rooms, along with improved alerting and call recording assurance. Iris is included in the company’s managed service, Prognosis Elevate, and reflects growing industry reliance on AI-driven observability to combat rising outage costs and improve service reliability.
