Baton Rouge police have arrested Edward Hayes, 50, and Breanna Terrance, 30, in connection with the Nov. 21 kidnapping and killing of 73-year-old Woodrow Vaughn, whose body was found in BREC Lafitte Street Park with stab wounds.
Surveillance footage shows a 12-minute attack in the A.M. Food Mart parking lot, where Hayes and Terrance allegedly assaulted Vaughn before abducting him.
Authorities say the attack was premeditated and robbery-motivated.
