Three men face felony charges after allegedly threatening a witness, assaulting a victim, and attacking a police officer.

A 38-year-old Bartlesville man, Casey Andrews, faces felony intimidation charges for allegedly sending threatening messages to a state’s witness on August 11 and September 15, violating a protective order. A 22-year-old man, Lakell Powell, was charged with assault and domestic abuse after allegedly attacking a victim on Wednesday evening, resulting in visible injuries. A 20-year-old, Andrew Hill, is charged with felony assault on a police officer after allegedly kicking an officer during an arrest. All three men are scheduled for court appearances in December, with bonds set at $10,000, $20,000, and $2,000 respectively.
