The Cancer Society of New Zealand has awarded over $1 million in 2025 research grants to five projects focused on advancing cancer prevention, detection, and treatment.

The grants include post-doctoral fellowships, project grants, and a PhD scholarship, building on over $50 million invested in cancer research over the past decade.
