The OSCE officially ended the Minsk Process on 30 November 2025, concluding a decades-long mediation effort for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
The closure followed a joint appeal from Armenia and Azerbaijan, prompted by a historic joint declaration signed in Washington on 8 August 2025.
All related structures, including the Personal Representative and High-Level Planning Group, were terminated as of 1 September, with full administrative tasks completed by the end of November.
The decision, adopted by all 57 OSCE states, invalidates prior resolutions on the conflict and marks a shift to direct bilateral engagement between Baku and Yerevan.
