The 2026 JAC T9 pickup truck has expanded availability in Australia, now offered as a cab-chassis or dual-cab in three trims, starting at $41,162—about $8,000 below the Ford Ranger. All models feature a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine, ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, and 7.6L/100km fuel efficiency. Standard features include a 10.4-inch touchscreen, leather steering wheel, and accented seats. The T9 earned a five-star ANCAP safety rating with advanced safety tech. It includes a seven-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty and capped-price servicing. Base models are available now, with Trade Pro and double cab-chassis variants arriving in early 2026, and a plug-in hybrid version expected later next year following its 2025 overseas debut.
