Six search warrants were executed in Waterloo, Ultimo, and Malabar, resulting in charges for Germanotta-Mills, Benjamin Raymond Drysdale, Mark Andrew Sendecky, and Stuart Woods Riches, covering possession, distribution, and dissemination of child abuse and bestiality material, alongside drug offenses and reporting violations. All were denied bail, with Germanotta-Mills due in court on January 29. The investigation is ongoing.
