Forth Engineering is providing Christmas gifts, meals, and festive treats for 31 children and families in Cumbria.

Cumbrian engineering firm Forth Engineering is supporting two local charities this Christmas by providing gifts, meals, and refreshments for children and families in need. The company, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and won Business of the Year and Social Value awards, aims to fulfill gift wish lists for a charity supporting 21 bereaved children and 10 families, and will supply food and drinks at a Solway Hall event for about 26 children. It may also provide festive elements like a Santa, sledge, and snow cannon if funding and permissions allow. The firm encourages other businesses and individuals to contribute, noting support from staff and local groups, and has received praise from Deputy Lieutenant Gerard Richardson MBE.
