A Kansas City Fire Department ambulance was struck by a tractor-trailer on northbound US-169 near MO-152 around 7:08 p.m. on November 29, 2025, while stopped behind another vehicle.
The impact caused the truck to cross the median into southbound lanes, spill fuel, and prompt temporary closures of both directions of the highway.
