Steelers LT Broderick Jones ruled out 4 games with neck injury; Andrus Peat starts, Asante Samuel Jr. elevated.
Pittsburgh Steelers starting left tackle Broderick Jones has been placed on injured reserve with a neck injury sustained in a Nov. 23 loss to the Chicago Bears, ruling him out for at least four games, including the matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
Veteran Andrus Peat will start in his place, while the team elevated cornerback Asante Samuel Jr. from the practice squad for the game.
Jones, a 2023 first-round pick, had started all 11 games this season and 38 of 45 since his debut, playing 97% of offensive snaps.
Samuel, who signed Nov. 11 after spinal fusion surgery, previously played 50 games for the Chargers.
