A 34-year-old Rochester man, James Daniel Williams, was sentenced to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to first-degree drug sale following a raid that uncovered over 35 grams of cocaine and 39 grams of fentanyl, along with drug packaging, scales, and cash.
Three juveniles were present at the home during the search.
Williams, who was already wanted on a Minnesota arrest warrant, also admitted to a test-refusal charge from a prior DWI case.
He was credited with 126 days served, leaving 54 days remaining, and was placed on five years of probation with a stayed 126-month prison sentence if probation is violated.
