Delhi Police arrested three in connection with a Nov. 25 grenade attack linked to a Pakistan-based terror network.
Delhi Police has busted a Pakistan-backed terror module linked to a November 25 grenade attack on a Gurdaspur police station, arresting three suspects from Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. The network, allegedly led by Shahzad Bhatti from Pakistan, recruited young Indians via encrypted social media, offering money and a gangster image for attacks. Vikas Prajapati, wanted in an arms-smuggling case, acquired a grenade and conducted reconnaissance, handing it to Hargunpreet Singh, who executed the attack. A third suspect, Asif, was planning a similar strike. Police seized a semi-automatic pistol, live ammo, and digital evidence including messages and surveillance footage. Investigations to identify further operatives are ongoing.
