Cyclist Meenakshi Rohilla won four gold and one silver at the Khelo India University Games 2025, helping Guru Nanak Dev University top the medal tally with 27 golds, edging Jain University on bronze count. Her victories included the women’s Scratch race, team pursuit, road time trial, and 80km race. GNDU also won multiple golds in shooting and track cycling. Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology made history by winning both rugby titles, while Lovely Professional University led in wrestling and Panjab University’s Simranpreet Kaur won women’s 25m pistol gold. The fifth edition, held across seven Rajasthan cities, featured 4,448 athletes from 222 universities in 23 sports, organized by the Sports Authority of India and Rajasthan State Sports Council.
