Baines’ Lodge, a newly renovated luxury safari retreat in Botswana’s Okavango Delta, has reopened as an A&K Sanctuary with six spacious, solar-powered suites. Designed by Luxury Frontiers, the lodge features open-air architecture, natural materials, and floor-to-ceiling glass for immersive wildlife views. Located on the Boro River, it offers mokoro excursions, year-round wildlife sightings, and access to a private concession near the Moremi Game Reserve. The redesign incorporates reclaimed wood from the original camp, local staff, and African-inspired art, emphasizing sustainability, community, and a deep connection to nature.
