Omnicom Group has completed its merger with IPG, officially closing on November 26, 2025.
As part of the deal, Omnicom assumed IPG’s $2.95 billion in senior notes and launched an exchange offer starting August 11.
By November 28, 93.7% of IPG’s notes—about $2.76 billion—were exchanged for new Omnicom notes, with $185 million remaining outstanding.
Settlement is set for December 2, when new notes will be issued and indenture amendments enacted.
