A major fire erupted around 12:40 a.m. on November 29 at Deniliquin High School in New South Wales, destroying parts of a two-story building and the school library.
Fire and Rescue NSW, supported by emergency units from multiple regions and a ladder truck from Albury, contained the blaze after over three hours despite strong winds and difficult access.
No injuries were reported, and the school, serving about 450 students, expressed sorrow on social media.
