Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, along with Union Ministers Arjun Ram Meghwal and Kiren Rijiju, attended the All India Judges Badminton Championship in New Delhi on November 29, 2025. CJI Kant stressed the importance of recreation for judges, citing high stress and long hours, and noted strong participation from High Court judges as a sign of growing focus on health and well-being. The two-day event, supported by the Ministry of Law and Justice and FIT India, aims to promote fitness, camaraderie, and work-life balance within the judiciary.
