A $40 million community pavilion has opened at Pacific Lakes Village in Pāpāmoa, Bay of Plenty, featuring a 2,500 sqm mass timber structure with event spaces, dining, wellness areas, and cultural artwork.
Designed by Peddlethorp and Space Studio, the facility supports residents of the 250-home retirement village, part of a larger mixed-use development including a care center.
