Former SAS soldier Ant Middleton sued by UK MoD over alleged breach of secrecy agreement on podcast.
Ant Middleton, a former UK special forces soldier and TV personality, is facing legal action from the Ministry of Defence over allegations he breached a lifetime confidentiality agreement by discussing sensitive military details on a July 2025 podcast. The MoD claims he disclosed information on SAS operations, weapons, intelligence, and international partnerships without approval, potentially harming national security and allied relations. A High Court judge granted a temporary injunction to stop further dissemination, citing significant risks. Middleton, representing himself, denied breaking the contract, saying he was unpaid, much of the content was publicly available or related to his Royal Marines service—not covered by the agreement—and that he had attempted to negotiate. The case will go to a full trial in March 2026.
